Ryukishi RIZE is one of the most popular ramen restaurants in Namba.

They offer a wide variety of dishes including “Salt ramen” and “Tori-taitan salt ramen.”

They also have seasonal ramen, so you can enjoy different kinds of ramen depending on the season.

The must eat item is “Tori-taitan salt ramen”, which is thick white soup made with chicken.(830 yen)

The soup has a white, milky look,and it tastes very rich and creamy like a potage.

The thick noodles are suitable for this rich creamy chicken soup.

This time, I’d like to introduce Bokkoshi namba shop.

Bokkoshi Namba Shop specializes in chicken-based ramen, whereas Bokkoshi Juso Shop specializes in rich tonkotsu ramen.

Bokkoshi Juso shop serves “Tonkotsu Ramen( pork bone broth ramen)”whereas Bokkoshi Namba shop serves Tori-paitan ramen(chicken broth ramen),so the taste is very different.

The must eat item here is Tori paitan soba(750 yen) which is a silky ramen with a smooth creamy chicken soup.

When you sip the creamy soup,a rich flavor fills your mouth.

The egg is well seasoned and the tons of chashu taste also great.

You should definitely visit here if you visit Namba!

It is located very close to JR Namba station.

They offer two types of ramen which is tsukemen and Double ramen.

It is free from chemical seasonings,and it goes well with their original handmade noodles,soft boiled egg and chashu.

Ichiran dotonbori opened in 2015,and it occupies the entire floor of five story building with 172 seats.

It specializes in Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen with very thin, straight noodles.

A creamy Tonkotsu broth goes well with their thin straight noodles.

They only sell one type of ramen, but then allow you to personalize it however you want.

If you like Tonkotsu broth, you can try strongest one.

Menya Joroku is located in Uranamba where is the most competitive marketplace for ramen.

It is one of the best ramen restaurants in this district,and it attracts customers from all over the country.

They offers two styles of ramen.

One is Takaido-style ramen which is a black soy sauce based ramen and the other is Wakayama-style ramen which is tonkotsu soup ramen.

The popular item here is Chuka soba(650 yen)which is served in a dark soup with a thick chewy ramen noodles.

There are some large slices of chashu with less fats which are very tender and juicy

The ramen noodles tastes lighter than it looks and you can drink the soup until the last drop.

Their friendly service is also on point.

Menya Joroku is a must visit restaurant if you like shoyu based ramen!

There are only 10 seats, so it is highly recommended you avoid visiting during lunch time when people wait and make lines outside.
